This notification is made in accordance with Article 10 of the "Law on the Protection of Personal Data (in short, KVKK) No. 6698 and due to legal obligation. In the KVKK, any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person is defined as personal data, and our company is responsible for obtaining, recording, storing your personal data in full or in part automatically or by non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system. All kinds of personal data processing activities carried out on data such as preservation, modification, rearrangement, disclosure, transfer, takeover, making available, classification or prevention of use are carried out with the aim of protecting fundamental rights and freedoms, especially privacy of private life. It is carried out by taking the highest level of security measures. Our aim; to inform you about the method of collection of your personal data, the purposes of processing, legal reasons, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data can be transferred, and your rights.

b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data:

 

Your personal data that you have shared with our company;

• Determining and evaluating the education, health, qualifications and skills required for the company's business conditions,

• Evaluation of suitability for the requested position,

• Contacting the referenced persons for confirmation of information, 

• Determining the tendencies to adapt to the corporate culture and practices,

• Ensuring communication, 

• Evaluation for suitable positions that may occur in the future in case of a negative result of the job interview,  

• Determination of wage information and scale, 

• We will process the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for purposes such as planning and executing our Company's Human Resources policies and processes, and that we will retain them for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and possibly for the legal statute of limitations. We would like to point out. 

 

c) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred: Your personal data that you have given to our company due to a job application within the framework of the above-mentioned purposes and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data;

• For the purpose of confirming the information you have declared, with the persons specified as reference,  

• It can be shared with the training companies/exam centers that will carry out the general aptitude test and personality inventory to evaluate your suitability for the requested position. 

 

d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data: Your personal data collected through the following methods, based on your request to our company, based on the express consent of the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes specified in (b) and (c) above;

• CVs and other information/documents that you send to our company by hand, e-mail, courier, reference and similar methods, 

• Employment or consultancy companies that our company works with, 

• Reference persons, checks made to confirm the accuracy of the information conveyed by you, and researches made by our company, 

• It can be collected in whole or in part automatically or non-automatically through written, oral, electronic or other means through the application forms published in written or electronic media and filled by you. 

 

e) Your Other Rights: By applying to our company, provided that all relevant exceptions are reserved, especially the cases stipulated in Article 28 of the KVKK titled “Exceptions”, within the framework of the conditions specified in the KVKK/to be used; whether your personal data is processed, if so, for what purpose it is processed and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose; whether it has been transferred to third parties at home or abroad, and if so, who the transferred persons and institutions are; deletion, destruction of data processed unlawfully; correction of your personal data processed incorrectly or incompletely; to be updated in case of change; You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted or destroyed in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of it disappear and that these processes be notified to the third parties and institutions to which your data is transferred; We would like to point out that you have the right to demand that your personal data, which is processed exclusively through automated systems, be repaired if you suffer a loss due to the fact that your personal data is not processed in accordance with the legislation.
